Peter Small

CEO

Peter comes from a background in people and project management in the government
contracting sector spearheading multiple projects from standup to sunset. He brings his expertise in this world to the clean energy revolution. Formerly he served in various roles with Northrop Grumman and was a founding director at Western Acquisitions. Peter is also a veteran of the US Coast Guard and brings a lean, no-nonsense approach to efficient project management.

Larry Schroder

VP & Co-founder

Located in Lincoln NE, Lawrence Schroder cofounded Hexeton Energy in February 2019 and currently serves as our President overseeing board activities and strategic initiatives. He has served as Managing Partner of Elite Funds also located in Lincoln, NE. From May 2015 to January 2019, he was President of Aluxa Homes in Omaha, NE. 

Justin Kaiser

VP & Co-founder

Justin is a creative big picture visionary, entrepreneur and founder of multiple companies. Justin is CEO and co-founder of Solar Grids, a solar franchisor with locations spanning across the U.S. Justin is also the President of Elite Funds, a public benefit private equity firm and co-founder of Solar Funds. When Justin isn't brainstorming on new creative ideas he enjoys traveling and spending time on white sand beaches with his wife and daughter, working on his physical fitness, meditation, and vegan organic dieting and nutrition.

Jeramie Rose

National Sales Manager

Jeramie is our National Sales Manager and specializes in leading our franchisee's towards successful sales goals as he has extensive experience in the solar industry. From January 2015 to Present, he is the Founder and President of Sun Life Energy in Beaumont, CA. Previous to that he had another solar company which was acquired by Tesla.
