CEO

Peter is a man of many hats. He is a U.S. Coast Guard veteran with a background in people and project management, he has the skills to spearhead multiple projects and bring them to completion on time with the highest quality. He was formerly an executive at Northrop Grumman, working in various roles including project management and business development, and was a founding director at Western Acquisitions. He brings his expertise from the government contracting sector into clean energy and brings a lean, no-nonsense approach to efficient project management. In short: Peter's got it.

Larry Schroder

VP & Co-founder

Lawrence Schroder is a renewable energy visionary. His goals for our future is to have our nation run in cleaner, more secure, and decentralized energy. Lawrence co-founded Hexeton Energy in February 2019 and currently serves as our Vice President overseeing board activities and strategic initiatives. He has served as Managing Partner of Elite Funds also located in Lincoln, NE from May 2015 to January 2019 where he oversaw all aspects of the business including investment management, accounting, financial reporting and tax compliance matters. From May 2015 to January 2019 he was President of Aluxa Homes in Omaha, NE , a national home construction franchise company.

Justin Kaiser

VP & Co-founder

Justin is a creative visionary, entrepreneur and founder of multiple companies. He is CEO and co-founder of Solar Grids, a solar franchisor with locations spanning across the nation. He is also the President of Elite Funds, a public benefit private equity firm and co-founder of Solar Funds, a solar investment firm. Justin has an entrepreneurial spirit that is contagious to others around him - he sees opportunity where others see problems - which led him to successfully build numerous businesses from scratch over his career as well as help other entrepreneurs do the same.
